Match Race Format
 Eight international teams, consisting of a skipper and four crew members, will sail against each other in two round-robin flights with the top boats from each round-robin qualifying for the championship rounds, winners to advance to the final round. Boats that do not advance to the finals will compete in consolations rounds for overall placement.
